
Your three-day retreat is thoughtfully designed so you can fully relax, restore, and focus on your wellbeing.
Your days are designed around a gentle rhythm that balances guided healing experiences with spacious time for rest, reflection, and connection with nature.
Wake to fresh coffee or tea, fruit, and protein to start your day. We begin together with a one-hour guided stretching and meditation session to awaken the body and calm the mind.
Guests rotate through their personal healing sessions, including sound frequency and PEMF therapy, followed by a fresh, nourishing lunch.
The afternoon is intentionally open for restoration and exploration. Guests may choose to:
o Hike scenic forest trails
o Canoe or paddle board on the water
o Journal, read, or rest in nature
o Simply enjoy quiet time to integrate the day’s healing work
Dinner is served at 6:30 PM, featuring a wholesome homemade meal shared together. As the evening winds down, gather around the bonfire for meaningful conversation, connection, and reflection under the Northwoods sky.
Guests stay in beautiful 16-foot bell tents that blend comfort with a peaceful outdoor retreat experience.
Each tent includes:
• Two full-sized beds
• Electricity and heat for comfort
• A serene setting surrounded by nature
Each tent accommodates two guests, creating a cozy and intimate retreat atmosphere.
Full bathroom facilities are located inside the main house, just a short walk from the tents.
